I have no idea how it took me so long to finally pick up Snotgirl. 

I was hooked by the first page. The story was not what I expected, in all good ways. The illustrations and colors are perfect. 100% recommend.

From the cover, I could tell I would love this book. I wasn't wrong.

I'm not going to tell you what it's about, because if you have no idea there's a really fun twist at the beginning. And then a really great story following that. Highly recommend.

I almost never pay attention to KickStarter projects, but I'm so glad my friend Che Grayson told me about the comic anthology she was going to be a part of.

Sometimes I pick my next read by what constantly shows up in my Twitter feed. 

In Scott Pilgrim Vol. 3, my favorite vegan superhero is introduced. Scott continues to fight evil exes, teen antics abound, and chaos ensues. A+.

This story is dark. Really dark.

Sometimes I forget that comics can sometimes tell an even more twisted and evil story than movies, and this book is one of those. If you have a thing for villains, Joker is for you.

I was immediately attracted to the beautiful colors on the cover of Kim & Kim, and I’m so glad I picked it up. It’s the story of two best friend bounty hunters, trying to get their lives together while also battling space enemies.

Finding Molly is a really fun story of a questioning young artist trying to figure out… everything. I’m not super into cats the way she is, but I can really relate to being a young twenty-something with very little money and very specific talents you aren’t sure exactly what to do with.
