It's taking all of my willpower to not buy every single Batgirl story right now. I love this so much.

Damsels in Excess was gifted to me, and it was a really fun read. It’s a super girl-powery story, which to be honest I’m always in the mood for.

As you can probably tell from the cover art, Spider Gwen is a truly beautiful book about a female superhero with spidey senses and a long line of villains trying to take her down. You’re going to want to read this one.

We already know that I’m obsessed with Scott Pilgrim. Volume two covers Scott’s tricky teen romance(s?) with Knives Chau and Ramona Flowers. Oh, and another evil ex.

The Wendy Project is a modern take on Peter Pan with a somber and tragic twist. It deals with teen emotions, grief, and hope in a really beautiful way.

I picked up Gotham Academy from the five dollar bin at Vinyl Fantasy, and it was definitely the best few dollars I've ever spent. It actually might be my favorite comic yet!

Blankets was highly suggested to me by a friend when I first started reading comics, and now I'm finally diving in. 

I'm embarrassingly behind on DC stories, which is making me even more excited to dive into this post-comic con gift.
